- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Excellent customer service nothing but the best!!! I walk through the door and its how are u doing to day Jonathan, first name base! Makes me feel like I'm part of the team. As a matter a fact today is father's day and I feel like having money in my pocket and Parker pawn will have me there this morning pawning items. As a matter a fact let me tell you negative people who think the customer service here is "horrible" I went in there with my daughter and was short on money to get my kid something to eat and tried to pawn a fan that actually cost a pretty penny. They said sorry we could not take it because there wasn't a serial number on it even after letting them know I needed help so I can feed my kid. I left upset but not with Parker Pawn, upset at my self for not being able to feed my kid. Then an employee from Parker pawn caught up with me and my daughter and said " sir are you the gentleman who needed help with the fan?" And I said "yes'' she then handed me 20$ and told me to get what it is for my daughter and all I can do is say thank you and honestly cried a little bit.By Mikisha Rodriguez, June 09, 2017
